This is the best light in the kLite range for flying down rough roads at any speed. With its specifically selected optical elements it provides the best versatility, allowing you to navigate tricky sections of track when you need a wide field of view and also enough center punch to illuminate the gravel in front when you’re traveling at pace.

ULTRA Race Lamp: Wide 1,300 Lumen Triple Beam: 2x Spot, 1x Flood Optics. Intended for riding on jeep track and gravel roads, the Race model is equally at home on bikepaths, converted rail trails, and even on your potholed commute to work. The ULTRA Race uses spot beams on the two outside lamps to provide “down the road” lighting and it has a center flood optic to illuminate the immediate area around you and your bike. That way, you get a clear, upclose view of that racoon you just passed. It will work just fine on twisty singletrack, but if that’s your primary riding environment, you might want to check out our Adventure kit, since that lamp is designed more for the “through the woods” rider.

Below 13kph / 8mph (on a 29er wheel, slower on an 27.5), the ULTRA V2 boosts the power from the dynamo, providing dramatically more illumination than any other dynamo light at slower speeds. At 13kph / 8mph, the center flood beam kicks on to provide even more—with a boost of down the trail illumination. The unit also has capacitive storage which provides wide flood light in low power mode for up to 15 minutes without incoming power – ideal for hike-a-bike, on-the-trail maintenance, and a quick camp setup. When coupled with the kLite USB charger and kLite wiring loom, this unit provides a turnkey ultra-endurance platform designed to keep your electronics charged and you on the trail. kLite MICRO USB Charger (rectangular version):  Designed to charge your electronics while you’re “on the go”! The design of the kLite Micro is "in line"--meaning that the wire loom input is on one side and the USB-A output is on the other. It can be placed in your top tube bag or simply zip tied to your handlebars in a way that makes charging access convenient to you.

The device is waterproof, meaning that it can be used inside or outside of your bikepacking bags--provided you use a bit of dielectric grease (included) on the USB-A ports to prevent surface rust. Avoid using dielectric grease on the yellow friction-fit kLite terminals.

Built around universal compatibility, the MICRO works with 99.9% of dynamo hubs and with all key electronics like cache batteries, gps trackers, phones and lights, so its pretty much plug & play with any USB powered device.

Tiny form factor, perfect for storing in bags or zip-tying to frames or forks. Ships with a USB-A “Y-Connector” that allows you to simultaneously power your kLite Qube rear safety light while charging your critical devices.

kLite "USB ALWAYS ON" Dynamo wire loom with integrated lamp switch:   The trail lamp and dual USB charger are connected by an "expedition rated" wire loom that provides a positive, waterproof connection to your dynamo hub.  Toggle the switch on and you have lights and USB charging, toggle the switch off, and the lights are off and you have USB charging only.  This "always on" USB functionality is perfect for endurance riders who need constant GPS charging and for those interested in the kLite QUBE--a blinking or solid rear or front/rear safety light accessory available separately. Do not use dielectric terminal grease on the yellow end connectors of the kLite system - these are waterproof by design and the use of dielectric grease here will make the kLite friction-fit connectors vibrate loose on the trail.  Note that due to demand characteristics in the markets we serve, we do not ship the "Lamp or USB" loom with this kit – it is available separately.

kLITE Aluminum Alloy Handlebar Mount Kit.  This Aluminum Alloy handlebar mount allows you to put your kLite ULTRA lamp out in front of your handlebars and keeps it steady under the worst of conditions. It uses the 3 lobe / 2 lobe camera mount system and quickly and easily mounts to your kLite ULTRA lamp. 

Designed around 35mm handlebars and includes a shim for 31.8 bars. Includes stainless steel hex hardware on all adjustment points. Allows the elevation of the kLite ULTRA in front, above, or below the handlebar or handlebar extender to project above and beyond any handlebar bags and free up bar space. 49g without shims.
